Annual Service ContractsThe Signature Technology Group, Inc. (STG) provides computer hardware repair services for Georgia Tech campus-owned computing systems. Any Georgia Tech organization can set up a maintenance contract or request a repair service by contacting STG directly. STG can maintain a wide range of equipment, including but not limited to:
How to Obtain ServiceSTG normally provides service through a maintenance contract. The customer chooses which equipment to put under maintenance, and then pays a monthly or annual fee. Whenever there is a hardware failure, the customer calls a toll-free number and reports the problem. STG is responsible for troubleshooting the problem, obtaining the correct part, and repairing the device. The fee covers all parts and labor for any number of repairs, for one year.
