Request for Service

The OIT Support Center answers requests for information and support for Georgia Tech students, staff, and faculty. You may contact the center at 404.894.7173, or fill out the form below with full details of your request. This form will return a request number. Please be sure to write down your request number. You may need it to check the status of your request.

If you are having a problem with RESNET, please do not submit a request on this page. Housing has its own support pages at http://www.housing.gatech.edu/online/resnet-help-request.cfm.
