Executive Summary - Current State and Vision
Enterprise Financial Management primarily refers to what we know as the PeopleSoft suite of Financial modules. These modules include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable and Asset Management. In addition, custom modules for Grants Accounting, Grants.gov proposal submission and Contract Administration have been created. We currently have PeopleSoft Enterprise Financial Management 8.8 implemented and are tentatively determining timelines and resource needs for an upgrade to PeopleSoft Financials 9.0 in the 2011/2012 timeframe depending on budget constraints. The PeopleSoft roadmap includes implementations of PeopleSoft Enterprise Grants Management to include Grants, Contracts, Billing and Project Costing.

Goals for FY 2011/2012
