The Office of Information Technology provides a variety of software packages to support the academic and research functions of the Institute, available to faculty, staff, and students at GA Tech.
The Office of Information Technology frequently receives requests for information regarding the addition of software products. These requests are an integral part of the assessment process and often are the reason for detailed evaluation and cost analysis of new software products. Criteria for software packages are comprised of; terms of vendor agreements, minimum order requirements, technical support accessibility, and cost recovery projections. Our available software index is representative of sufficient interest and established orders.
