Hosting services for Georgia Tech units that require operation of their servers in an enterprise-class virtualization environment.
If requesting this service for the first time, a formal Service Level Agreement contract must first be completed and approved by the appropriate unit heads. Please contact the SLA Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the applicable forms.

Requests for new virtual hosts covered under existing SLA contracts are fulfilled within 7 business days. New customers should allow for extra time for SLA administrative processing.
The following maintenance windows are reserved for installing, repairing and patching various components of this service:
- Every Tue, 5:00AM - 7:00AM EST
- Every Thu, 5:00AM - 7:00AM EST
- The third Sat of each month, 6:00AM - 12:00PM EST
VM Configuration Templates
All new VMs will be provisioned at one of the three size options provided, and al-la-carte options for CPU and memory are only available when configurations exceed Large. Additional Storage may be requested for any VM.

Additional RAM: +$12/GB/year
Additional Storage: $0.75/GB/year
