IT Business Management (ITBM) is a robust portfolio and project management solution powered by ServiceNow that will replace Workfront. ITBM is a part of the Institute’s larger effort to unify service delivery across the Institute within a comprehensive, managed platform. This effort introduces a framework that shifts the focus of service management from being technology driven to customer driven. ITBM is a module within the larger ServiceNow ecosystem that is already in use at Georgia Tech. IT Service Management (ITSM) and Security Operations are currently available with additional modules to be deployed in the future.
