OIT and Microsoft invite you to a recurring introductory training series designed to help you build foundational skills in Copilot Chat. Whether you're new to prompting or looking to reinforce the basics, these sessions offer practical guidance and a chance to ask questions. Led by Weston Malott, Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, each session includes:

30 Minutes of Training (Recorded)

  • Learn how to craft clear, specific, and effective prompts. Understand the importance of context and detail, and watch live demonstrations that walk through real examples.

Note: This portion revisits the same foundational content shared in earlier sessions.

30 Minutes of Q&A(Not Recorded)

  • Ask questions, share challenges, and get personalized feedback from Weston. This open Q&A is ideal for returning attendees who want to explore new use cases or follow up on previous topics.

How to Prepare:

  • Bring specific questions or challenges you've encountered.
  • Be ready to participate in interactive exercises.

This series is designed to help you sharpen your Copilot Chat skills and make your work more efficient and enjoyable.

Please note: Copilot Chat is limited to work affiliated with your role at Georgia Tech and does not support personal use.
